It really does help to talk to someone! I promise! I thought I could do it on my own. Be strong, I told myself, do not be a burden to others, they have problems of their own. I crashed and burned until I learned to let my emotions be seen and heard. Humans are wired for connection even if it means you have to be vulnerable.
Please do something that will help you, especially if it means letting others share in your mourning. You're brain and emotional health is important!
